Redmi Note 11 - "90Hz AMOLED Pioneer" Gaming Performance Review

Hello and Greeting to All Beloved Xiaomi Fans in Malaysia,

Redmi Note 11 is the first that uses a 6nm 4G processor in the Redmi Note Series. But how does it perform in the most popular mobile online-games nowadays? I will set the graphics and frame rate settings to the highest before I start the game. Let’s have a quick recap on the Snapdragon® 680 that featured in Redmi Note 11 before I shared the game recording for your better reference purpose.

Snapdragon® 680 is the power-efficient processor that is built in 6nm process technology. It contains an octa-core CPU (Qualcomm® Kryo™ 265 CPU) that consists of 4 Cortex-A73 cores that can clock up to 2.4GHz and 4 Cortex-A53 with 1.8GHz clock speed, and a GPU (Qualcomm® Adreno™ 610 GPU).

Battle Royale (Troi)

From the observation, the battery drops about 5% - 7% for 30 minutes and about 11% - 15% for an hour. Besides that, it just feels slightly warm after an hour of gaming. But there is a little lag sometime during the gameplay with the highest graphics settings available, it’s advisable to reduce the graphics and frame rate settings if you want to get the best gaming experience on a budget phone like Redmi Note 11.

In my opinion, Snapdragon® 680 is the overclock version of the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 662. Although the processor of the Redmi Note 11 is not as good as the previous generation, the Redmi Note 11 did a very good job on its battery usage. You can use the Redmi Note 11 for more than 1 day after fully charging.
