POCO X5 5G “Everything. Just right.” - Gaming Experience Review

Hello and Greetings to All Beloved POCO Lovers, 

POCO X5 5G is the first POCO X-Series base model that is equipped with a Snapdragon 5G processor, which is Snapdragon® 695. Today, I would like to try out the gaming performance on POCO X5 5G. Before we get started, let’s have a quick recap on the characteristics of Snapdragon® 695.

• GPU: Qualcomm® Adreno™ 619

Before that, I had run a few benchmark tests in AnTuTu Benchmark and Geekbench 5 to test the performance for POCO X5 5G. I will share the result screenshots in the following.

In my observation, the overall gameplay experience with POCO X5 5G is slightly lagging in some of the famous mobile games but still playable. The highest temperature that POCO X5 5G achieved within an hour of gameplay is around 40°C, and the battery usage is about 14% to 17%. In my opinion, POCO X5 5G did a great job in temperature control and battery consumption during the gameplay. If you wish to have the better gameplay experience in POCO X5 5G, you're advised to adjust the graphic quality and refresh rate to the lowest.
