POCO X5 Pro 5G “The secret to win” - MIUI 14 for POCO

1. Minor Icon Revamp in Settings

In MIUI 14, the icons in Settings are put inside the rounded square and it looks like the phone settings in iPhone. 

2. Standalone NFC Settings

NFC Settings is moved to a new NFC module in MIUI 14 with some details about the NFC usage. This helps users have a better understands on NFC usage in MIUI 14. 

3. Special Features Moved into Additional Settings

In MIUI 14, the Special Features are moved into Additional Settings as they are similar. Besides that, users can search for the More Settings and Special Features in one single page. 

4. Dynamic RAM Expansion 3.0

You can choose how much additional RAM that you wish to add into your phone in MIUI 14. 

5. Heart Rate Sensor (Via Torch & Camera)

In MIUI 14, you can measure your heart rate by as simple as just fully cover flash and camera with one finger, instead of using under display fingerprint sensor. 

6. New Weather App (with Share Feature)

The Weather App in MIUI 14 is using the latest font and has some minor UI revamp. Besides that, you can share the weather information of the city to your friends and family. 

7. New VLOG Mode in Camera App

The brand new VLOG mode is included in the Camera App inside MIUI 14. You can shoot your VLOG mode in portrait mode. Not only that, you can shoot the other segment before you shoot the first segment. Besides that, you also can set the beautify for your VLOG video and refer to the segment footage via the small popup window on the top right. Similar to MIUI 13, you can save the video as drafts before you exit the VLOG mode, but you can rename your draft in your draft list.
