Xiaomi Pad 6 “Built for work, designed for ease” - Camera Performance Review

The camera in the tablet is commonly used for work purposes, such as taking a photo of the document, and video meeting. During the video calling / meeting, you had to put your tablet in portrait mode as the camera is located near the top of the tablet, but not the side of the tablet. This might cause inconvenience when you want to make a video meeting together with a group of friends or family behind you as they can’t fit into the camera. Xiaomi Pad 6 has included FocusFrame together with 4-mic array, so that you will always be focused and heard during the video meeting. The UI for the camera application in Xiaomi Pad 6 is similar to the UI for the camera application in Xiaomi 13 Series. Compared to the previous generation, Xiaomi Pad 6 has included some new features in the Camera application, such as Dual Video mode and Director mode. 

Besides that, the gallery editor in Xiaomi Pad 6 included AI Erase and AI Skyscaping which allows you to remove objects, people, or shadows on food, and also change the sky on your photo. 

In my opinion, Xiaomi Pad 6 did a great job capturing nice and clear photos during the daytime. The photos that are shot during the night time might contain some noise and it could be slightly better when you are taking with Night mode. I believe that the camera for the Xiaomi Pad 6 is good enough for normal work and record purposes. Hopefully there will be improvements on the camera in the future generation.
